Nutana Organic Frozen Falafels

I had them for dinner tonight.

I initially bought them to make something (most likely stuff pitas with 'em) to take with me for the long wait to get a proper space for my tent at Roskilde. But time didn't allow it, and I had enough in the pasta and the inhuman number of buns I had produced (with the goat cheese, butter, and organic hazelnut spread I had purchased).

They're really good! Good thing I didn't stuff them into pitas: they're so nice on their own. Just heat them in an oven as described on the package, and they'll come out crunchy on the surface, soft on the inside. And not smelling like a big, sweaty fella who never heard of anything remotely relatable to a deodorant. (bad experience with other organic brand, yes).
